Sullective Design is a multidisciplinary studio co-founded by Rashad & Angela Jazairy. We design accessible solutions across physical products and built environments grounded in real world constraints and outcomes. 

 Most products and environments are built around narrow assumptions—about strength, reach, mobility, stability, and independence. Sullective helps teams widen those assumptions early, so inclusion scales with performance, manufacturability, and cost.
